Thank you for choosing Tacoma Owners — the official apparel and accessories brand built for the Tacoma and off-road community. Every order is custom-made and fulfilled with care to ensure the highest quality and best possible experience.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order through our professional fulfillment partners to ensure premium quality and consistency.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days before shipment.

  • During peak seasons, limited-edition drops, or holidays, processing may extend to 7 business days.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with your shipment details.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days (may vary by destination).

  • Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

  • Delays: Customs inspections and carrier backlogs can occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates.


Order Tracking

A tracking link will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at tacomaowners@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned to sender for incorrect addresses will require reshipment at the customer’s expense.

  • Once fulfillment begins, shipping addresses cannot be modified.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or theft once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears missing:

  1. Verify the delivery address and check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Allow 24–48 hours after a “delivered” scan (sometimes carriers mark deliveries early).

  3. If still missing, contact tacomaowners@gmail.com and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

In verified cases of loss, a one-time replacement may be issued at our discretion.


Split Shipments

Because we partner with multiple production facilities, parts of your order may ship separately. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package — at no additional cost.


Carrier Returns & Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or address error, we can resend it once it arrives back at our facility.
Reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.
